We always store at Migros Westside, 3027 Bern, shortly after the store opens in the morning. We increasingly have the feeling that we are not welcome there as customers, as it is almost impossible to shop at this time of day because of all the empties and full pallets of goods. The store is also often dirty. Other branches/stores are ready when the customers arrive! Why can't Migros Westside do this (any more)? We have already complained about this - nothing has happened apart from a query, and we are reluctant to move to another branch, especially as the Riedbach branch (3027 Bern) does not yet have subito.

I don't think we are very sensitive - hence the question here as to whether others feel the same way and whether a combined effort can possibly persuade the management at Westside to do something about it.
