We are big fans of Anna's Best spelt cake batter. Apple pies, spinach pies, Valais cholera... One round tray is just enough for 3-4 people, but if we have guests we will certainly need two, which always presents me with logistical challenges and I then have to resort to a different dough. We would be delighted to be able to enjoy our favorite dough on the large tray.

I would also be an avid buyer of the large packs of Café Royal Caramel for the Nespresso system. I still miss them very much, so I'll make do with the packs of 10 :-D
