I had a rough look at the gourmet meat mix yesterday and the list of ingredients sounded very good until I came to the ingredient monosodium glutamate.
I put it back again, what a shame!
How I would love to have spice mixes without the annoying ingredients like flavor enhancers and yeast extract!
