Because Migros (at least ZH) has decided to change its product range, the stores are now being completely turned upside down. And all this during ongoing operations!!! They want to make it palatable by saying that there will be several hundred new products. We are then quietly told that all the clothes and so on will be removed. The fact that this is being done over a period of days when customers have to shop is really bad. And it's even worse in a week when there's a public holiday and then there's even more shopping. But making sure that people step on each other's toes even more during a pandemic? And the nearby Coop store is also being rebuilt - no chance to get out of the way. Today I was told by one of the people who moves the racks how to put it away now and that it will look much nicer. He said that everyone was just complaining and nobody would say thank you! Huh, seriously? I'm supposed to say thank you for turning everything upside down? I think that's a very cheeky comment! It may look nicer on paper, but for us customers it's just tedious and very time-consuming. And they should be trained to deal with criticism! The fact that I now always have to walk past the biting hay and straw is not so great. (Ok, it was a bit strangely placed before, but I was able to get around it). Some of the items have now been placed in such a way that it's only a matter of time before they are sorted out and marked as not needed. Dear Migros, just because you think such a change to the product range is great and it certainly looks nice on the painted pictures doesn't mean that we customers want something like this.
