To repaint my workshop cupboards, I had the color "Moon 6F" mixed at the Migros DoIt+Garden store in Rüti ZH. According to the color chart, it is the "blackest" black and looks something like a blackboard on the color chart. However, the color that came out was more of a dark gray or blue-gray, and since the base for the mixture is more milky to white, I'm not surprised that it can't be a rich black. This color deviation also has nothing to do with the printing of the color chart or the surface of my material. It is actually a different color. In my opinion, Migros should either have the mixing machine checked or adapt the color cards to the actual conditions.
