I'm always disappointed that as a single person I don't get this card and enjoy the benefits.
Now I've seen again that 10x Cumulus points are awarded every Wednesday for Famigos cards.
I would really like us single people to receive a card like this. Because life is very expensive for us as a single person, having to pay for everything ourselves on a low wage.
Once again, single people are at a disadvantage.
Is there any hope for us single people that we can also benefit from this card???? Like Coop?

There's something I haven't yet understood, just from a purely logical point of view. If not only families could benefit from the Famigros card, but all holders of a Cumulus card, then the Famigros card wouldn't be needed at all. Why are the singles demanding the abolition of the Famigros card, if anything? This, of course, with the offers still in place, otherwise the purpose would not be fulfilled ;-)

It would be nice if single people weren't constantly discriminated against. I don't really care that Famigros makes certain activities cheaper for families. But the fact that single people are also excluded from benefits under the Cumulus bonus program is really steep! Some cooperatives have set up a multiple day during the week; everyone automatically receives 2x points for their purchases. On openings or special days, everyone receives 5x, as well as with the rarely appearing vouchers in the "Migros Magazine". Currently, Famigros members automatically receive 10x Cumulus points every Wednesday without having to worry about a receipt. I wouldn't mind if they were the usual small numbers. But no: 10! And only because you have children - who may well be 25 years old. Famigros should be an independent offer that doesn't overlap with Cumulus, then I would agree that singles shouldn't be allowed to take part. But as long as we are excluded from Cumulus offers, I am very disappointed with Migros in this respect. Because we singles are also happy when we get more points - we're not all millionaires either!

I, too, am cruelly disappointed and, above all, pissed off! We single people are struggling to get by on low wages and still have to look in at Migros. That's just not on!
What's more, there are always so many people on these days, like today. I always go shopping at lunchtime on Wednesdays and 9500 Wil still hasn't managed to finally open more checkouts (after many complaints from me). Considering that we don't benefit from this, it's quite simply an outrage.
I demand the abolition of the Famigos card! Either everyone scores points or no one does!

Famiigros families currently receive 10x Cumulus points on their purchases on Wednesdays. It doesn't matter how high the purchase amount is. This was not the case with the 10x points vouchers that were sent out in previous Cumulus mailings. There was a corresponding voucher for everyone, which had a specific validity period printed on it. And a minimum purchase amount of CHF 100! So if you didn't reach this amount with your purchase, you weren't allowed to redeem the voucher. And now? All families have to do is go shopping on Wednesdays and make sure that both sides of the Cumulus card are scanned and they will receive 10 times their points - even if they only buy one chocolate bar. Dear Migros managers, do you think this is fair?
I think it's a good thing! Singles only have to pay for themselves with their (low) wages. Parents (sometimes with only 1 income) with children have to pay for the whole family (I have 4 children, for example) with their (low) wages.
Unfortunately, many people who are not single have this mindset. Living alone is much more expensive. You have to pay for everything yourself - in a family there are usually two earners, so life is easier for them.
That's why I'm calling for the abolition of the Famigos card or equal rights for all!!!!!
Every parent used to be single. And I remember very well how much I was able to put aside every month when I was single! Of course, it depends on your lifestyle. I can't afford anywhere near as much as I could when I was single.
And the 2 earners thing is just a fairy tale! Yes, my wife and I both work, but together at a 110% workload so that the children are properly looked after and not looked after by someone else. But we have a lot more expenses than a single person (bigger apartment (rent), more mouths to feed, more clothes to buy, education to finance, ....)
