We have had a Delizio Compact Automatic for just over a year. We have been very happy with it so far, but now it is suddenly much louder when making coffee. I have no idea where the noise is coming from. I hardly dare to make a coffee at 5.00 a.m. anymore....
Has anyone experienced this?

Thank you for your message. The machine shouldn't be so loud that you don't dare to make a coffee early in the morning. I'll check with our specialists to see what the problem could be.

From a distance, this sounds like a defective pump to our technical staff. We recommend that you have your machine serviced.
