Hello rollimaus, in the past few days and before the Federal Council's decision to declare an extraordinary situation, various cantons had already declared a state of emergency and imposed strict individual measures. We are working at full speed to find a uniform solution and are in close contact with the federal authorities and industry representatives (IG Retail and the Swiss Retail Federation). We expect to implement the same measures throughout Switzerland as soon as possible. Kind regards, Heidi
@rollimaus Due to the current situation, the government has decided that various stores must remain closed until further notice. This affects restaurants, cinemas and all stores such as bookshops, among others. Melectronics stores are therefore also closed. Grocery stores are allowed to remain open to ensure basic supplies. Flower departments, however, are not responsible for the basic supply of goods and, like other florists, may also remain closed.

@Sebastian_Migros↵↵Since you no longer offer clothing sales 😒 (not everyone can afford a lot of clothing) and I could not reach the other floor in my 2-storey store with a conveyor belt to block the normal entrance, with a wheelchair + drive, I wanted to know how you intend to help us so that we can shop like everyone else who is "physically healthy" - we are already punished enough as it is 😢 😡↵↵PS: what about pans and pots are they also banned from purchase?

I think so, just groceries... Really great, I still urgently needed children's shoes... Ordering is not possible, we would have to order at least 10 - 20 pairs to be able to buy the one thing that works...

Hello rollimaus, I understand that you are annoyed. Can you tell me your regular branch? Then I'll sort it out for you. Best regards, Brigitte

...I think that's a really great gesture 😧 😧 😘 I wish it would be done the same way here in Switzerland!!! ↵↵Until now, all customers were equal for us and we didn't give preference to anyone. That's over now!↵↵From now on, we will give priority to senior citizens and people with severe disabilities at our counters. In addition, we have set up a "fastline" at a checkout for people who belong to the risk group.↵↵We have deliberately decided against special opening hours for senior citizens so that older people do not also have to deal with the stress of a restricted time slot.↵↵We ask you from the bottom of our hearts to support this campaign in solidarity. Please give our older customers priority at the counters and at the checkout! Together, we can minimize the risk of infection for these people by spending less time shopping in the store!↵↵https://scontent-zrh1-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/s960x960/90073013_2909466352450457_5568491306184867840_o.png?_nc_cat=105&_nc_sid=8024bb&_nc_ohc=9KhqbmtX03kAX8MOWqF&_nc_ht=scontent-zrh1-1.xx&oh=57c3c35b9e987348526bb500b989bf6f&oe=5E9B7394 😍
