When we tasted the test Blévitas at Midor, from which the Blévitas Gruyère AOC later emerged as the winner in the voting, there was also a look into the showcases in which all the products (packaging) were presented. It was said in passing that "the Blévita Pink Pepper is disappearing because it is the item with the lowest sales!"

Gruyère is also one of my favorites. And I really appreciate the Blévita variety. Pink pepper was really something special - and I was happy to contribute to sales back then ;-)
