Hello, I have been working intensively for 2 years on finding alternatives for sugar and flour. Then I came across coconut blossom sugar, Luo Han Guo, erythritol, yacon syrup, mannose,
galactose, mannose, fucose, xylose, trehalose, ribose and tagatose - there are even more... I know stevia is already represented, but there are so many more healthy sugars and a real alternative!
Flour: emmer, einkorn, natural barley, night barley, forest barley, etc.) there is so much more here too... (I have been buying original spelt from them for a long time)
I would like Migros to be the first wholesaler to offer more in this segment, because sooner or later this will happen as the trend towards healthy eating continues. I would be happy to be able to buy this in Migros. Best regards Conny
