We already have similar snacks in our range:
Alternatively, you can make your own crunchy bites: Migusto has a recipe for muesli bars, also with almonds and cranberries! If you prefer, you can also replace a third of the almonds in the recipe with cashew nuts. However, to ensure that the recipe still works, you should not chop the cashews like the almonds, but mix them into the mixture in roughly chopped form. So adjust the quantities in the recipe as follows:
Instead of 180 g almonds, use 120 g almonds and 60 g cashew kernels. Chop 60 g of almonds into a sample and mix the remaining almonds and all the cashews roughly chopped with the rest of the ingredients.
