I received new Cumulus vouchers today that are valid until 04.12.23. That's just too short. You don't even have a whole week. It's simply a customer trap and not fair. I would ask you to set a longer redemption period in future.

These are probably the Christmas promo vouchers (highlighted in yellow in the app or in the Cumulus account). There are new vouchers every week, and the corresponding newsletter arrived during the course of the day, at least for me today. Therefore: First of all, get an overview of the situation before unwrapping the verbal two-hander. But that doesn't seem to be everyone's strong point...
