Visually appealing. Catastrophic to assemble. Plugs and the corresponding pre-drilled holes deviate up to 4mm. Own reworking (e.g. drilling holes deeper) was necessary for 3 out of 5 chairs.

I had hesitated to buy it because the display model looked slightly "rickety". Decided to buy the bench anyway, as the wood made a good impression and I suspected that the screws hadn't been tightened properly... I was right. After (simple) assembly (and firm tightening of all screws), the bench looks solid, nothing wobbles or yaws. It sits well for a bench, and can be upgraded with cushions... I am happy with my purchase. Great bench for the price.
Was delivered on the agreed date in perfect condition. Easy to assemble. Good size for 2 people.
The leg was broken on delivery. I reported the damage immediately. Now I've been waiting almost a month for a concrete answer; I've asked several times, but apart from an automatic message that my request is being processed, nothing has come back. I have rarely experienced such poor, impersonal service! The bench would be very nice and comfortable, but poor customer service!
