Hello Layan22, the emulsifier E471 (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids) is produced on the basis of fatty acids, which can theoretically be of animal origin, but are normally of vegetable origin. The MIGROS industry (JOWA), which produces our breads and doughs (e.g. the Anna's Best Salted Caramel dough), only uses emulsifiers of vegetable origin. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
