Can the mass be removed after the
Freeze soaking in water?
Hi Öper, thanks for your post. We have asked the supplier. Unfortunately, he can't provide any information as this has never been tested. We don't know how the yeast and yeast extract behave after mixing and freezing. We would therefore tend to fry the falafel first and then freeze it.
